Yogāsana is a holistic, full-body practice rooted in Hatha Yoga and suitable for all levels.
Class themes simply guide the focus, while the practice remains integrated and balanced.
As students build consistency and strength, Ashtanga-focused classes will be introduced gradually.
Private sessions by appointment only (between 10.30am to 4.00pm).
