Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to steady your existing daily practice, we welcome you just as you are.
Yogāsana is a holistic, full-body practice rooted in Hatha Yoga and suitable for all levels.
Class themes simply guide the focus, while the practice remains integrated and balanced.
Private sessions by appointment only (between 9.30am to 5.00pm).
